Healthy Transformation MD already had trusted clinical care and strong patient relationships. Our opportunity was to let more of that personality show online. Royal Digital Agency handled social media strategy, filming, photography, editing, podcasts, treatment footage, medical graphics, testimonials, and YouTube content. Instead of relying on polished promotions alone, they captured real conversations and everyday moments around the practice. That helped Dr. Ojen Masrour become more visible and relatable without losing the clinical credibility behind the clinic.
One of our biggest videos was not a treatment commercial. It featured Dr. Masrour speaking with his 80-year-old father. The Reel generated 128,841 organic views, reached 89,192 accounts, drove 9,000+ profile visits, and brought in 1,955 follows. Across only two months, the wider content strategy produced 232,180 views, reached 103,572 accounts, generated 7,974 interactions, and added 2,122 net new followers, representing 274.9% follower growth. For a medical wellness clinic in West Hills, those results reinforced something important: people will listen to clinical expertise when the person delivering it feels genuine. RDA found the balance between treatment education, patient experiences, doctor-led content, and personality, then kept that voice consistent across social media.
